Comment: Knoxville Internet did everything wrong. Poor communication and no progress updates. They promised to do various tasks, then had us do them; they missed a critical deadline, and then outright lied to us about work they did not do. Ultimately, they cost us more time than if we were to do the work ourselves and nearly put us out of business. After weeks of delays and prevarications, no satisfactory resolution was arrived at. We are now in litigation. Advise you to stay away from these guys. They are disorganized and over-aggressive - a poor combination for any business. Caveat Emptor!

Decide what are the main services and/or products that are best to be promoted. View other websites of interest in design and function. View competitors sites. Have colors or theme in mind. Decide if eCommerce or online payments are important

Getting detailed information from the client
