What web browser do you use?

I regularly use Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome to check new websites I design and program.

How long have you been with your company?

I've been in the design industry for over 27 years, and in web design and programming for over 10 years.

What is your favorite thing about the type of work you do?

My favorite thing is solving problems, whether the problem be a design or programming issue. I love to have satisfied, happy customers.

Who is your typical client at the moment and what types of projects are you working on?

My typical client is a small to medium-sized company. The projects I'm working on include designing and programming a dental imaging site, and fixing code for a firm that helps trucking companies with arranging their loads.

Are you self taught or did you attend school for your industry?

I am mostly self-taught, though I have taken a few official courses when I felt it was necessary.

What is the most common problem you deal with when working with new clients who do not have much experience with working with designers?

My clients who are new to the design world are sometimes in a hurry to have their project completed. It's been my experience that the longest delay of the project is with the customer. I think it's because my customers have such busy and productive lives.

If you could only use one language, which one would it be?

I'd use Javascript for web pages, and C# for programming applications.
