What advice would you give a client in order to prepare for a new project?

Content for your pages. Once I finish the wireframes, logo if needed and ask the question of what needs to go on the pages, I get a strange look. We work with a lot of different companies and they all do different things. We can give examples and feedback, but be ready with verbiage and images.
