I first started as self though and later attended to school (Art Institute of Vancouver) as Graphic Dsesgner

Mozilla Firefox (primairly), Google Chrome on both desktop and mobile.

Facebook, Identi.ca and Diaspora


What is the most common problem you deal with when working with new clients who do not have much experience with working with designers?

Lack of ideas, organization and plans.


Do you use a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) or any type of project management or proposal software?

No but I plan using it.


Who is your typical client at the moment and what types of projects are you working on?

Small business and invidividual requesting both web design and logo
