Project Proposal

Our pricing is simple. Every one of our proposals comes with a fixed cost to give you peace of mind. What we propose is what you'll get. No surprises. Mix and match all of our offerings to find the right fit for you. If there's a need, we'll have a solution-the right solution for your company.

Collaboration

As soon as your project starts production, you'll be issued an invitation to join us on Basecamp, a project collaboration solution by 37Signals. Basecamp allows for easy collaboration between your staff and ours by either logging in or replying directly to emails. It keeps all communication neatly organized, allows for milestone creation, and "to do" list tracking.

To aid in remote collaboration, we have partnered with GoToMeeting, a service that makes conference calling with screen sharing a no brainer. GoToMeeting allows our teams to meet over a great distance as if we were in the same office.

Detailed Mock Ups

Your project will be laid out using our simple mock up tool and submitted to you for approval. Doing so allows us to quickly establish proper layout for your content.

Live Development Site

If applicable, we'll provide you a development website on one of our servers. During development, you'll have full access to your project as it is being built, allowing you to monitor progress in real time, and test drive your site as milestones are completed.

Training

Once we complete your project, we will train you and your staff on how to use your new CMS. If ever the person responsible for website updates leaves your company, we'll gladly train your new staff member for free.

Environmentalism

Eco-Friendly Office

Every possible aspect of our operation is done electronically, without the use of paper. On the rare occasion that we do use paper, it is all sent to a local recycling company through our in-office recycling program.

Apple Computers

We all use Apple computers for design and development. Apple currently produces some of the most energy efficient computers on the market today. Our computers are all ENERGY STAR 5.0 certified and are arsenic-free, BFR-free, mercury-free, and rated EPEAT Gold.

Recycling Program

We have an in-house recycling program that allows us to collect paper, aluminum, and glass used around the office, and properly dispose of after use.

Remote Meetings

When possible we do all of our meetings with GoToMeeting, a java based application that allows us to meet with clients by utilizing screen sharing and VOIP conference calling. This helps to lower our carbon footprint by staying in our office rather than traveling across town or booking a flight to meet with a client.

Better Business Bureau

In October of 2009, we joined the Better Business Bureau. As a company that works remotely with many of our clients, we felt that joining the BBB would be an important step to show that we are a reputable company that is accountable, trustworthy, and is going to stand behind our work.

Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

We joined the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2009. The hispanic chamber has allowed us to meet many new people in Austin and allowed us to not only expand our business, but grow our network of professional resources and talent.

San Marcos Texas Chamber of Commerce

The San Marcos Chamber of Commerce is a fast paced chamber that is all about getting things done. Being a member the Chamber allows us to be apart of the great businesses, new and old, that are growing the economy of San Marcos.
