About Me: After graduating from Miami University with a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography I began my career at Interbrand DesignForum in Dayton, Ohio. Interbrand DesignForum offered me many challenging opportunities working with globally recognized brands such as Holiday Inn, Unisys, AT&T, H&R Block, and other large domestic brands such as El Pollo Loco Mexican Restaurant and Stop & Shop Grocery. I also have experience in health care, having worked at The Christ Hospital of Cincinnati throughout my duration of college. I am currently a freelance designer and have designed several posters for The Christ Hospital and other national conferences. Holiday Inn was a notable client that I worked on for more than nine months. I closely participated in a complete redesign of the brand image and positioning creating a fresh, updated image both inside and outside the buildings. In addition, I personally designed a clutter-free lobby area and luxurious bedding and bath accessories to complement and complete the new brand vision. Lastly, I lead a team of graphic designers in creating a design guide shared by 4,000 franchisees that held the vision of what the future Holiday Inn should be. The challenges I have met in these demanding and diverse roles have given me experience beyond my years and simultaneously proved an ability to learn quickly and succeed in unfamiliar situations. My superiors would agree that I have excelled in design through a unique, imaginative, and artistically creative approach. I am versatile, highly productive, and I have gained respect from those with whom I have worked. I am looking forward to hearing from you, and am ready to get started on creating something new!
