About Me:

I primarily work within the realm of fine arts, but have a great deal of experience within graphic design as well. I often get hired to do freelance work, and recently I have been hired to do all of the graphics (postcards, advertisements, web graphics) for the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade. The event is very large in popularity, with a live national broadcast every year.

As an accessible reference, I will also make mention of two online organizations that I am working with:

Project Freestyle is a new international soccer organization based on the internet. They offer almost every desire a soccer fan could have, including up-to-the-minute news, stats, clubs, and even real-life game organization. Very important to this organization is the need to appear as if they are massive in resources and popularity. This was their primary emphasis when they hired me to design their logo and website. I had to make the website of a small handful of individuals look as if it were a representation of a strong, knowledgable organization.

The Be There Foundation is an organization which is even smaller in reality than Project Freestyle. They begin chapters in high schools with the request that each student donates one dollar per month. What makes them unique is that they not only seek donations from high schoolers, but run the organization with only high schoolers. This makes it all the more important to appear as if they are a strong, competent organization. I was only hired to work on the logo, which is on the upper left corner of the site. It carries the quality of a fortune 500 logo while having an aesthetic appeal that would be attractive to high school students, which is the target market of the organization.
