About Me: Prior to starting up her own design studio, studio e, Flett worked as the art director for DW GROUP developing conceptual approaches for DW print and web clients. She was responsible for enforcing creative guidelines and ensuring adherence to communication strategies. Flett won over 20 design awards while working at DW GROUP. Flett has created award-winning brand identities and collateral and published 3 times in the American Corporate Identity/18, 19 and 20 award of excellence Annuals. Flett has also received Best Of Show two years running at the SMPS Design Awards in Boston, Mass., and 2nd place for her holiday package design at the National Society for Marketing Professional Services recently at the National Conference held in Los Angeles. She also has received local recognition for creative excellence at each Broderson Awards, sponsored by the Ad Club of Maine, 2001-2006 as well as receiving a Peoples Choice Award at the 2006 Broderson?s. And recently at the 2007 Broderson's, Flett received a Gold Broderson Award for her holiday tea and coffee package design, and two Bronze Design awards for her own line of letterpress gift enclosures as well as her package design for the Maine Made Beaver Ridge Smoking Chips.
