About Me: Welcome to Netpocalypse Design Studio! Netpocalypse a graphic design and web development firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Netpocalypse currently consists of three individuals; each with unique skills and qualifications for web development, application development, and graphic design. Each member of our staff possesses knowledge and skills that complement the team and allows Netpocalypse to tackle a wide variety of projects. Our current project manager and general director of operations, Christine, has many years of experience working in technical fields where projects require careful analysis, management, and development. She has worked in Mechanical Engineering for many years and is also a certified Health Information Technologist who has held positions within the State of Michigan Department of Community Health and was responsible for the implementation the current Electronic Medical Records System at the Huron Valley Complex. Ashley is our Graphic Designer and general artist. She has many years of experience working with a variety of artistic mediums, but she is particularly adept at digital art programs such as Adobe Photoshop. Ashley is currently pursuing her degree in graphic design and illustration. Her work has been showcased by a variety of clients including bands and clothing lines. In addition to her professional work many of her academic projects have won awards for digital art. Ashley is also a capable web developer and the creator of several web sites. This combination of artistic ability and technical proficiency makes Ashley a valuable member of the Netpocalypse team. Jacob is our Web Developer and Programmer. A graduate of Baker College he has both an Associate?s Degree in Computer Programming and a Bachelors in Computer Science. He has experience developing websites using XHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and a variety of other technologies. In addition to his experience in web development Jacob is also a capable application programmer with experience with a variety of languages such as C/C++, Visual Basic, and Java and he has authored several programs during his academic and professional career. Although Netpocalypse specializes in web design and development, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to the customer?s needs and produce high quality results in projects outside our current skill sets and experience. We prefer to think of our staff as a group off ?Professional Problem Solvers?. Regardless of the type of problem you face with your project, we are dedicated to ensuring its success.
