Operate under the assumption that we are creating another twitter, though of course there are differences, but we do want a different UI. Colors, navigation, toolbards, logo, layout ideas. Fonts, buttons, submit icons, etc. I need someone who has experience in doing web 2.0 projects before. I want something clean and simple like digg and gmail.
