My Industry: Fashion Stylist

Need a graphic minded web designer / developer who knows about the design elements of the fashion industry or similar to design a fashion stylist website for my client. Preferably I would like the designer to come from Europe/America/Australia as my client is Australian and it is concerning western fashion styles.

This fashion stylist website will:

*Use a cut and paste homepage like below:

*Use good image optimising methods to load big images quickly

*Will have a flash interface for buttons

*Use colour in an interactive and creative way

Most images are already with me to supply, I am looking to work with someone who provides good quality design but can also meet deadlines.

The domain is already bought
