Question: Hi, I would like to know if you have already selected your design company and also if you have not, when would you like to get started with your project? I noticed you are using joomla, are you opposed to using a different CMS for this purpose?
Client's Answer: I have Joomla uploaded already but I am open to using a different CMS. My main thing is creating custom designs for the site on Photoshop if possible.
