This project is for a client of mine.

I am looking for someone with xoops theme design experience, someone who I can give a design direction to and they can then create a theme that will be supported by xoops. I will ask for design examples of xoops themes

I can show an example of what I want it to look like as far as layout is concerned. I copied the source code from a site that is similar that I want to replicate.
