The project consists of installing the USPS Rate Calculator API into a Joomla -Virtue Mart website installed on a Godaddy server and already working.This installation should be done according to USPS manuals as shown in http://www.usps.com/webtools/rate.htm

Professional should demonstrate full knowledge and previous experience to do the job. For this, at least one reference related to the job is required.

The professional should provide name of site and owner he actually installed this particular API successfully on website also hosted in Godaddy and also using Virtue-Mart cart.

If reference of previous installation of same API relates to other web hosting, due to the particular settings in Godaddy, the installation may differ or results may be different. The professional must otherwise prove that he will overcome any difficulty before he actually accepts the job, by showing full knowledge of how the hosting server works in Godaddy in relation to these APIs.
