Project Description:	Its a simple project to rate a business we currently feel isn`t rated. Website will will in include a private and public area. The private area will be for business owners subscribe to the service to review and post reviews about other businesses. The public section will be accessible to everyone and they will be able to review the businesses. Included in the website will be a blog like information section, which includes business news and relevant articles that relate to the business. There will of course be a contact us and about us page.
