RFP 35012: Website for E-Commerce

I have a website with approx 9-10 thousand products. I want a custom website made that will replace the website that I currently have in place. I want the traditional ecommerce features as well as a custom email order entry system, return authorizations, blog, graphics for home page and few other pages, detailed searching, database reporting, etc. We can supply the data and photos that are needed for the site. Other services needed as well.



I tried to list as much as I could think of on the request. Just as a summary I'm looking for a custom shopping cart with extensive e-commerce features, blog, return authorization, extensive searching capabilities that include drilling down to size, color, etc., online chat, ability to email orders to suppliers directly from the invoice/order screen - sometimes there may be more than one supplier so a drop down choosing the supplier to email is what I am looking for. We will need a new logo, and various graphics for the design of the website. We have all of the images for our products available and we can provide a data dump from our current site which will provide all product and customer data.
