The goal of this project is to support ____________ in meeting a target of improved and enhanced web site design, feature and functionality. The current web site while adequate does not reflect the changing needs of the community and its users.

Ideally, the new web site will be an enhancement of the existing web site. ____is desirous of preserving all the current features and functionality in concept but in effect provides the basis for a more flexible, robust and easily supportable application, which will meet the __________'s current and future needs.

This RFP is being sent to a comprehensive list of vendors that participate in the process of web site development. The intent is to receive sufficient information so that the ____ project team can select a potential candidate to partner with and implement the new web site.

________________ is dedicated to the promotion, education and information exchange of the state's clinical biomedical engineering community. Professions span the gamut of Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMET) to Biomedical or Clinical Engineers (BME or CE) and their management. The ____`s major instruments for achieving these goals are monthly chapter meetings, the annual awards banquet and technical workshop and this web site. Click here to learn more.

________________________ is seeking qualified vendors to submit cost proposals to redesign the existing web site.

__________________ is a non-profit organization made of 8 chapters throughout the state.

All cost proposals submitted will become the property of ____. All costs associated with preparing and submitting proposals will be at the expense of the submitting vendor. ____ will review all proposals and determine if a successful vendor will be selected. ____ reserves the right to reject all proposals. Submitting a proposal is not a guarantee that you will be selected.

Response to RFP

Responses to this RFP will be used only within ____ within the context of the vendor selection process. We expect you to not disclose any of the information in this document. The information contained in this RFP is deemed confidential information and shall be treated as confidential information.

If you decide not to participate and respond, we expect you to return this document immediately. We require that you complete your answers in this document, as this is the fastest, clearest and most convenient way to reply.

If ____ deems a response to a question is necessary, the query and response will be delivered by e-mail to all vendors at the same date.

Telephone calls will not be accepted. No other employee, agent or attorney-in-fact of ____ will be contacted. Failure to comply with this requirement may be cause for disqualification.

Response Deadline:

By end-of-business on December 4, 2009, one electronic copy of the response in MS WORD format should be delivered via e-mail.

Reference Sites

Vendors are required to submit details of two customer reference sites that ____ may visit. Include customer contact name with phone number and email address. ____ may also contact the customer references for the purpose of establishing the final feature, functionality shortlist. The sites selected should be those that best demonstrate the capabilities of the vendors ability to deliver the features, functionalities offered to ____.
