RFP 21493: Website for Evice

I am trying to determine a ballpark cost of building a website that would have 3 main components:

1) a database of tutors (searchable, with ratings/feedback and ability to add/modify) for people to look through and schedule appointments with

2) a communications screen shared between two parties (webcam and shared documents)

3) a click-to-call integration (with a SIP service) to initiate a phone call between two phone lines from the website

There is a similar website, www.ziizoo.com that is a good point of reference of what we are trying to build.

The website would integrate (or build new) technologies that would allow for:

1) Jabber server that integrates Google talk to determine if an expert is available (for display in the expert database)

2) VOIP web initiated click to call (like JaJah.web - http://www.jajah.com/products/web/)

3) Communications session screen

1. Streaming Webcam

2. Shared documents and whiteboard (e.g. scribl.com)

4) Scheduling structure (e.g. embedding setster.com)

5) Payment option

6) Imbedding all of the services offered as a widget into existing websites (especially the tutor listing and then opening a communication session)
