1. I need to finish a website that a friend was doing for me and is now too busy to finish. She was using DW and PS. I have the logos already. Home page and links are pretty much done, not too much left. The site is for medical education biggest issue is a shopping cart solution based off a calendar to register for classes.

I can type content, I have the necessary software, and will help however I can. This is a team effort. I need layout and your creative talents.SEO wouldn`t be bad either if you know how.

The catch.... We don`t have a ton of money to throw into websites right now, 4 more weeks till our loan closes..... I can afford to pay a minimal amount ($250 budget max right now) and I can give you about 5gigs, on an extremely robust and customizable web server. You can divide it up into many separate accounts, each with its own cPanel and customize however you want, then resell to your other clients and keep all the profits. Domains through me would cost you $7.50-8.00 ea. ....May even be able to throw a couple in free. I need to get this done!

If you would work with a person you don`t know on a payment plan we could structure something different.

We are launching a multi-division company and need your help! We need short term help and will give you a long term opportunity.

Currently, we need help with a website for educational services for doctors and a web hosting company. Within the next 2-3 months we will need to create other sites for four additional divisions. However, that is not the long term opportunity. We will be launching two hosting services, one will target the medical profession and one for the general public.

With regard to the medical site there will be a large marketing campaign both on and off-line. There will be sales reps personally selling the hosting and design services as a complimentary product to our other offerings. The general hosting company will be represented through many of the biggest affiliate programs.

We would like to offer design services bundled with hosting to the medical professionals we sell other products and services to. That`s where you come in. We (company) and I (as the director) am not greedy. I am not looking to make money off of your services, but rather offer a quality product at a good value (consistant with our mission statement) to our customer. What we will need is a flat rate (template based or non-template based design, we can supply about 40 industry specific templates) for medical office websites (x pages incl., x amt per additional pg, or whatever you think is best). Additionally, we`ll offer a custom solution by hour, or however you think is best way to structure it.

For the non niche, general hosting service, along with a site builder we are providing about 500 templates for which we would like to offer customization services. We will also offer a bundled domain, hosting and custom designed site package. Essentially, we will market and sell your services, all you have to do is quality work at a reasonable price, we won`t even mark it up. This is an ancillary, value added service for our brand.

We are located in New York and Los Angeles is like my second home. Once we receive an FDA approval that is coming, our products and services will be offered nationwide with people personally selling them and your services.
