Client's Answer: I have all the info but isn't ready......but I can get it ready quickly.

Question: If you want to have your customer login to your website and pay through the website to use the service then thats definitely a dynamic e-commerce website.
Client's Answer: thats what i want then

Question: Do you want e-commerce feature on this site?
Client's Answer: I'm not sure. What is e-commerce? Is it a good idea?

Question: Static website means it is just plain HTML and will not have any functionality such as storing data in a database, or getting info from the database.
Client's Answer: I'm not even smart enough to understand the answer......lol. I would like people to beable to login and have them reckognized. I would like to be able to have repeating customers who pay to use the service. So what do I need?
