RFP 20750: Website for Jewelery and Accessories

My Goals for this project are: I am looking for a talented web/ graphic designer to build my jewelry and accessory e-commerce site. The site needs to have a clean, fresh aesthetic that is stylized and fashion-forward.

My website requirements are: Shopping cart, secure check-out, discount codes, frequent buyer program, friend referral incentive program, gift certificates, site stats, search box, up to 10 pages, and space for at least 1,000 SKUs (although I will only have about 200-300 for launch). At some point during the checkout process there needs to be a drop down selection box. The values for the drop down should be editable via the admin console of the page, and the selection should remain linked to the purchase. Of course, I will need to be able to update photos and descriptions as new deliveries arrive. Once we discuss this project in further detail, I will create a final list of requirements for implementation. I`d like to be up-and-running by 12/1. Thanks!
