Question: Does the budget of 1000-2500 include the business card and brochure design? We could make an ecommerce website fit within that budget, but not when you throw in the brochure design.

Question: How are you going to provide accurate quotes? Id assume it would be based on weight and girth estimations of their luggage (maybe just the former). How are you going to enforce these quotes? Lets say the user under estimates the weight. This company arranges for FedEx to pick up the luggage. FedEx charges the company on exact weight. Is this site supposed to interface with the carrier site? Are we going to be providing shipping labels for the user to print out?
Client's Answer: quotes will be integrated through ups, our discount applied, then a flat rate or percentage added for our price to customer. ups regular is based by the pound, ups freight is more flexible. we will have a disclaimer that actual price and weight will be determined at the carrier's depot.

Question: I'm part of a 2 man team, one of us does web the other print. Will there be print materials needed to accompany the website? If so, what kind of materials will you need.
