PHP/Flash Web Designer

This is not a permanent job offer, it is to create an application and web design for the event planning industry, with flash, and php.

_____ is currently seeking a PHP/Flash Web Designer with experience in creating and finishing a dynamic and professional application. You will be based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the President, Project Manager, and functionally to the Director of Web Development, the incumbent designs, produces and maintains application, and contributes to the overall product strategy and projects.

Primary responsibilities

Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for the application.

Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary.

Create visual concepts that match the content and the image that fit in the organizations global image; ensure that application is easy to navigate.

Build application using technologies that conform to international standards and make sure that they are universally accessible.

Perform maintenance and updates to existing versions when requested.

Provide training on maintenance and update procedures to clients who choose to take charge of their own websites.

Contribute to the overall development of the application.
