We are seeking a designer to refresh, expand and maintain its site. Open to creative ideas that will, by January, 2009:

* Translate key features of a quarterly print publication into a searchable, easily updatable member resource that includes graphics, photos and video.

* Preserve the membership database and registration functions on the current site.

* Incorporate a member listserv, with links from the homepage. The popular feature is now separate from the site.

* Build in capacity for both static and interstitial advertising.

* Link to a Ning social-networking site the organization is experimenting with or propose another option that allows members to post directly to the site.

* Provide a guide to using the site.

* Propose an ongoing maintenance contract with no obligations to provide content or advertising.
