Project Description: [Log In]	I prefer to work with designers located: within 20 miles of natick My Industry: Real Estate Build website and template for newspaper. Newspaper to be approximately 40 - 60 pages. Also need monthly work done on the paper. Not sure how many pages the website will be. We would like for people to be able to log on and search listings of homes with their criteria. Real estate agents will send us photos and information on the homes for us to use and we will upload it to the site. Site will need custom graphics.

Question: Is this a newspaper or magazine? What is the physical size (width x height)? How is it bound? Do you require printing services? If not, does your printer accept files digitally? Are you comfortable working remotely via internet/email?
Client's Answer: It is a newspaper. The image size will be 9 1/4 by 10 3/4. I believe I have found a printer. Our printer accepts PDF files. I would prefer working with someone local to the area. Thanks

Question: Is the Newspaper print or on line? What is the nature of the monthly work you will need on the newspaper?
Client's Answer: The newspaper will be print. The monthly work would be compiling the ad content from us and forwarding it to our printer.

We have worked for clients both nationally and internationally, so we are experienced at overcoming any challenges which may arise from long distance communication.

Client's Answer: I'm not sure. I know nothing about this sort of thing. We want something sort of basic, but not too boring to look at.

Question: If no one locally matches your criteria, are you willing to work with established web developers from outside the USA?
Client's Answer: Thank you for your interest, but we really want to work with someone local.
